Our team of designers, with over fifty years design experience collectively, led by Tracie Schumacher, ASID, specializes in custom design that fits each client’s unique lifestyle. We feel the design process is very important, so we strive to work collaboratively with the client to create a design that responds to their unique requirements and visions. Studio80’s strong knowledge of the construction process contributes to the success of projects for both private clients and commercial clients nationally.
How we work
Studio80 provides turnkey designs that include all custom designed furnishings, non-fixed furnishings, and interior architecture styling such as kitchen and bath designs, fireplaces and structural details. Our primary goal is to ensure a cohesive design that coordinates the Architecture, Interior Styling and Furnishings that responds to our clients’ goals and objectives.
Conceptual design based on client feedback is presented to client in a visual presentation to create a definitive design goal.
Design conceptualizations that illustrate space planning, interior architecture styling and furniture placements are created using CAD drawings, sketches and samples to help navigate the client through the design process as part of the team.
Services can include project management coordination from project start through completion. We can provide all Interior Architecture Drawings and Contractor Specifications and follow through with ordering all interior furnishings to ensure the clients’ goals are realized.
Our diverse expertise ranges from residential and commercial renovations to luxury resort designs, with over 25 years of design experience effectively managing projects. We are always happy to coordinate with architects, contractors, and other designers to create a synergistic approach that enriches the project and design process.
